Return Policy & Delivery


If the product recieved is at fault please email for a refund or replacement.


All faulty goods must be returned within 20 days from the date you had recieved the item. We will also refund the postage charge to send the product back. 

Returns postage cost can only be refunded with proof of postage provided. 

The customer will be responsible for the items until they reach us so a secure delivery method and packing is advised.


Once we have recieved and processed the product, the refund will be sent.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be delivered.


We focus on getting your orders sent to you as quickly as possible but if you have not received your order within 5 working days please do contact us to arrange a replacement or refund. 

Please do not count weekends or holidays within your delivery times, orders received on them times will be sent first thing on the next working day. 

If we have an issue with your order you will be contacted via email.
